Carol was a lifesaver for me and Rio. My dog is high-energy and high-anxiety. So when I had to return to the office a couple years ago, I was nervous about whether I could find someone who wouldn't be intimidated. Enter Carol. I honestly don't know where to start. Carol is reliable, strong, smart, and kind. Rio is a real challenge, but she and Carol bonded quickly. When Rio acted up, Carol knew how to respond. I will always be grateful for the service Carol provided and would recommend her to anyone.

I’m a huge fan of Heartfelt Dog Walking and so is Jasper, my dog. Carol, the owner and principal dog walker, is the BEST! He’s overjoyed every time she takes him out! 

Carol is not only an amazing person who walks dogs but she’s extremely skilled at understanding their behavior and psychology. She has helped me to better understand and meet Jasper’s needs. I don’t know if there’s officially such a thing as a dog/owner therapist but she’s the real deal.
